Twenty-nine acres of rolling meadows and woods encompass the LoveWay, Inc. property. Buildings include the Welcome Center, Indoor Arena, Observation Room, Horse Stable, and the Hay & Equipment Barn.

The handicap accessible Welcome Center houses staff offices, student commons, helmet area and restrooms.

Adjacent to the Welcome Center is the NIBCO Riding Arena (right). This 80'x104' heated indoor facility is where our riding classes are held. An observation deck is available for vistors to watch classes.

Next is the Observation Room. With one-way glass windows overlooking the arena,
this room is used for group meetings and observation of classes.

Attached to the Welcome Center is the Horse Stable with 15 individual stalls for horses and ponies.
Equines of all sizes and types are kept to accommodate students with many different needs.

The 60'x80' Hay & Equipment Barn houses the Maintenance Manager's office,
hay, tractors, mowers, and other equipment.




The remaining land includes pastures with horse shelters, wooded sensory trail, outdoor riding arena, and round pen for horse training.
